SDBCR-4SS super duty crash rails protect walls from heavy impact caused by moving carts, equipment, and pedestrian traffic. Super duty crash rails feature a heavy duty polyurea coating that protects against impact, abrasion, corrosion, and harsh chemicals. The SDBCR-4SS crash rail consists of an aluminum rail with super duty polyurea coating that fastens directly to the wall through top and bottom flanges. The custom rails terminate with solid welded 45-degree returns, which reduces seams where dirt and germs can collect. SDBCR-4SS crash rails are pre-cut, pre-formed, and pre-drilled at the factory per field verified dimensions, which means no field modification is required prior to installation.
