Super Duty Cove Base
Aluminum base with cove bend that features a super duty polyurea coating and mounts to the wall with adhesive or fasteners.
Super Duty cove base protects walls from impact and creates a clean and smooth transition from wall to floor. Protek super duty cove base consists of strips of aluminum sheet with a built-in cove bend that feature a heavy duty polyurea coating. Outside corners are also available for wrapping corners, which allows
the cove base to be installed in a continuous fashion. Super duty cove bases are supplied in standard lengths and cut to fit in the field by installers, which means no prior field measuring is required. The super duty coating is available in a full range of RAL colors. Choose from several standard options below or inquire about customoptions that meet your specific project requirements.

SDBB-64 cove base is supplied in standard lengths and cut to fit in the field by installers. Standard lengths include 48-inch and 96-inch. Custom lengths available.
SDBB-64 Outside Corner
6-inch wing size. Factory notch can be welded shut if required. Custom wing sizes and angles available.
