CRSC-200 colored stainless steel crash rails protect walls from impact caused by moving carts, equipment, and pedestrian traffic. Colored stainless steel adds visual appeal and allows for more design options. The CRSC-200 series crash rail consists of colored stainless steel rails with a center V-groove profile that fastens to the wall with hidden stainless steel mounting brackets. The end points of each crash rail segment are capped with end plates that fasten to the mounting brackets. CRSC-200 crash rails are custom-fabricated per field verified dimensions, which means no field modification is required prior to installation. Secures crash rail to wall. Spacing should not exceed 32-inches on center.
CRBSE-200 End Plate Bracket
Secures crash rail to wall. Install end plate brackets at crash rail end points to allow for end plate attachment.
SPL-200 Splice Bracket
Secures CRS-200 crash rail to wall. Install 3-inch splice brackets centered at each crash rail splice.
CRSC-200 Custom-Fabricated Lengths
All CRSC-200 crash rail is custom-fabricated at the factory per field measurements so that no field cutting is required.
ECSC-200 End Plates
End plates cap the end points of each crash rail segment. End plates secure to end plates brackets with fasteners through pre-drilled countersunk holes. Available in colored stainless steel. Other finishes also available.
