WPS-12 Stainless Steel Wall Covering

WPS-12 stainless steel wall covering is non-corrosive and well suited for wet environments such as commercial kitchens, dishwashing stations, and large cafeterias. WPS-12 is easily cleaned and withstands the use of harsh chemicals, which is ideal for hygienic applications within hospitals, laboratories, and food processing plants. The WPS-12 Stainless steel wall system is also impact resistant and functions well in high-traffic areas such as corridors, staging areas, and loading docks. Stainless steel is a resilient material that is markedly better than other wall covering materials because of its non-corrosive, hygienic, and impact-resistant properties.
WPS-12 wall covering systems consist of type 304 stainless steel wall panels, inside corners, outside corners, and edge trim for a complete installation. The wall panels and corners feature 1/2-inch offsets, which overlap the seams and eliminates the need for trim accessories. WPS-12 wall panels are supplied in standard sizes and cut to fit in the field by installers, which means no prior field measuring is required. WPS-12 stainless steel wall covering is installed with adhesive or mechanical fasteners. Pre-drilled holes are available. Stainless steel wall base options are also available for a consistent wall finish from floor to ceiling.

WPS-12 Wainscot Wall Panel
WPS-12 wainscot wall panels are supplied in standard lengths of 96-inches or 120-inches and modified in the field by installers. Standard wainscot height is 48-inches. Custom heights available.
WPS-12 Full Height Wall Panel
WPS-12 full height wall panels are supplied in standard 48-inch widths and modified in the field by installers. Standard full height panels are 96-inches or 120-inches tall. Custom heights available.
WPS-12 Inside Corner
3 1/2-inch wing size with 1/2-inch offsets on both wings. Custom wing sizes, heights, and angles available.
WPS-12 Outside Corner
3 1/2-inch wing size with 1/2-inch offsets on both wings. Custom wing sizes, heights, and angles available.
WPS-12 Edge Bar
1/8-inch x 1-inch profile. Used as a top cap to finish the top edge of WPS-12 stainless steel wall covering. Can also be used to cap open vertical edges. Outside corners also available.
ADH-50 Adhesive
Protek ADH-50 is a one-component, low-modulus, moisture curing, advanced polymer adhesive and sealant. ADH-50 cures rapidly and delivers aggressive adhesion with most common construction substrates.
